Access our online registration site, and follow the instructions provided on the site to register directly online. Please read through the site carefully for information about hotel meals, room sharing and payment policies, room taxes, etc.

The registration deadline is February 16, 2010. PLEASE NOTE: The deadline is the date after which the hotel can only
offer space on an "as-available" basis because as of that date the RRA has to release unsold rooms or we get charged for them. YOU CAN STILL REGISTER for the convention after Feb. 16 but we cannot guarantee room availability. Check with our contact at Ayelet Tours: D'vora Greenberg, (800) 237-1517 ext 338, Dvora@Ayelet.com.

LATE CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Please note that any last-minute changes in your plans, including cancellations, need to be communicated to Ayelet Tours at (800) 237-1517. Ask for D'vora Greenberg at ext. 338.
ALSO: Ayelet Tours charges a $50.00 fee for all hotel registrations that are cancelled; convention-only registrations may be canceled without a penalty. In addition, the hotel charges a one-night penalty for all reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival, or for any no shows. Ayelet Tours must receive all changes and cancelations in writing - fax (518) 783-6003 or email to conferences@ayelet.com. All changes and cancellations received after 4:00 PM EST, Mon-Fri, will be processed as if received the next business day.
