The registration deadline is February 16, 2010. PLEASE NOTE: The deadline is the date after which the hotel can only offer space on an "as-available" basis because as of that date the RRA has to release unsold rooms or we get charged for them. LATE CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Please note that any last-minute changes in your plans, including cancellations, need to be communicated to Ayelet Tours at (800) 237-1517. Ask for D'vora Greenberg at ext. 338.

ALSO: Ayelet Tours charges a $50.00 fee for all hotel registrations that are cancelled; convention-only registrations may be canceled without a penalty. In addition, the hotel charges a one-night penalty for all reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival, or for any no shows. Ayelet Tours must receive all changes and cancelations in writing - fax (518) 783-6003 or email to conferences@ayelet.com. All changes and cancellations received after 4:00 PM EST, Mon-Fri, will be processed as if received the next business day.
