The Reconstructionist Rabbinical Association (RRA), established in 1974, is the professional association of Reconstructionist rabbis.
Comprised of over 300 rabbis, the RRA has three primary missions.
The leadership of the Reconstructionist movement urges AIPAC to rescind its invitation to presidential candidate Donald Trump to speak at its 2016 Policy Conference. View the letter here.
The RRA joins HIAS (the Hebrew Immigrant Aide Society) and over 30 other faith-based organizations in urging the US congress to maintain the "Lautenberg Amendment" to the Federal Aid bill allowing refugees fleeing religious persecution into the US. The text of the letter can be found here.
The RRA signed a letter crafted by the National Council of Jewish Women to the Senate calling for full consideration of a nominee to fill the vacancy on the US Supreme Court. The letter was co-signed by 35 other interfaith organizations.

Four RRA members - Rabbi Seth Goldstein, Rabbi Elizabeth Bolton, Rabbi Jon Cutler and Rabbi Darby Leigh - have each been named to the Forward's annual list of "Most Inspiring Rabbis."
